The Trevithick journey

Built in 1811 by Christopher Hawkins for the commision of a wheat thrashing machine designed and built by Richard Trevithick of Camborne
Asbestos roof, rotten timbers this building bared the scares of temporary repairs everywhere you looked!

Slicing in steel plates into original timbers to give greater load bearing strength to the 1st floor
The importance of finding matching materials. We searched all over the county to get the exact match.
