Ilex recently took its first steps towards discussing mental health. We joined Mates in Mind 2 years ago knowing we wanted to do more but we wasn’t sure what that looked like.
It looks like this! Having open conversations with the whole team. We discussed how to start the conversation and how to look for signs if people are finding things difficult.
